I am delighted to start working as a Research Fellow in Digital Governance at the University of Tartu. Will explore the impact of internet voting on open government. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.

I am happy to present my study game Hegemony. It resembles Mafia / Assassin / Werewolf social game, but players lead empires as in Sid Meier's Civilization. Actually, the gameplay is based on scientific research on global political economy.
